The Leeds and London divisions of Pathway are looking for Graduate/ Trainee IT Recruitment Consultants and Business Developers to aid successful expansion of the business.

Recruitment is a very target driven environment, based around reward and recognition so everyone’s performance and ability is key to their success.

To celebrate those successes we offer uncapped commission and also the industry’s most generous incentive schemes. Anticipated OTE’s are £35 - £40,000 in year one, £60 - £80,000 in year two and over £80,000 in year three. Our consultants often exceed these targets.

Other individual, targeted, incentives include bespoke suits, watches, cars, holidays abroad and entry into the infamous Club Red.
