Training
All new staff will take part in the Society induction programme. Dependent, on which department you work for, is dependent on the induction you receive, as each is bespoke to your needs and your working environment.
You also have your own performance agreement; this helps you to keep a record of all your achievements and helps towards your future career development.
If you join the Branch Network as a Customer Adviser or a Mortgage Adviser, you will go through a Sales Development Plan/Scheme. This will ensure you receive all the skills and training you need to be successful in your job.
