Work Traffic Team Leader
Full Time – Flexible Hours (shifts)
£21,100 rising to £25,000
4 days based in Leeds and 1 day in Manchester (own transport needed)
Our client is a well-known national financial company. They are currently recruiting a Team Leader to join their call centre team within the Collections and Recoveries team.
Your responsibilities will include –
· Ensuring the optimum service levels at an efficient cost
· Providing strong leadership
· Planning activities for the team
· Forecasting budgets
· Managing back office administrative tasks
· Meeting targets
