My Leeds based Client is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to work in their professional offices on the outskirts of Leeds city centre:
Your role:
To deal with all banking queries
To set up standing orders/direct debits
To recognise sales leads
Cross selling relevant products on each call
To work to targets
Working in a team
The ideal candidate:
You will have previous telephone customer service experience
You will have cross selling experience
Have previously worked to targets
Have professional communication skills
Be enthusiastic and hardworking
Be customer focused
