    Title: Receptionist / HR Administrator Salary: £14,000 - £15,000

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Wakefield. Based front of house 2 days a week, the post holder will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient reception service. The additional 3 days will be spent within the HR department, providing confidential administrative support. This role would suit an experience administrator with some previous reception or customer services experience.

    The Role:
    In this full-time permanent position the Receptionist / HR Administrator will be spending 2 days based front of house with reception duties including, dealing with incoming telephone calls, redirecting as appropriate, post duties, making refreshments and the organisation of meeting rooms. The additional 3 days will be based within the HR department with duties including the production of letters, dealing with confidential information, filing and general administration duties.

    Who we're looking for:
    We are looking for an experienced administrator with some previous reception or customer services experience. The ideal candidate will be immaculately presented and professional, with a good telephone manner. You must have a good working knowledge of MS Office and will be confidential and extremely customer focussed.
