Title: Office Manager Salary: £18,000
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a leading organisation based in Batley. An exciting and varied role you will be responsible for all aspects of administration and invoicing for the office. This role would suit someone with some previous experience of managing office administration / invoicing and knowledge of SAP. Language skills (ideally German) are preferable but are not essential.
The Role:
In this full-time permanent position the Office Manager will be responsible for managing all office administration and invoicing. Responsibilities will include secretarial support to the General Manager, National Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager, dealing with HR issues, and creating orders in SAP. The post holder will be working with the Accountant to solve any accountancy issues, invoicing, complaint handling, arranging shipments, planning for events and conferences, and dealing with general telephone queries.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for someone with previous experience of managing office administration and invoicing. You must have previous experience of using SAP. The ideal candidate will be flexible, a team player, and exceptionally organised. Language skills (ideally German) are preferable but are not essential.
