Title: Experienced PA to Board Directors Salary: £30,000

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA to support the Board Directors of a leading organisation based on the outskirts of Leeds. An exciting and varied role the PA will be responsible for providing proactive, and professional support to the Board Directors. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a career driven PA, with experience of working at Board level, to join an organisation offering an excellent working environment.
The Role:
In this full-time permanent position you will be responsible for efficient diary management for the Director including travel arrangements and accommodation. The PA will be handling incoming post and will be responsible for the management of emails. In addition to this you will be responsible for preparing and collating presentations, organising meetings, and carrying out research. Other duties will include handling all incoming calls appropriately, the accurate and timely management of expenses, developing and maintaining a key filing system and support the team in general ad hoc duties.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for an experienced PA who has worked at Board level. The ideal candidate will advanced knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel and a minimum typing speed of 60wpm. You must be confident, proactive, and extremely professional.
