This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Pudsey. The Administrator with be responsible for coordinating client services, liaising with suppliers and all related administration. This role would suit a confident administrator with experience of providing excellent customer care.
The Role:
In this full-time permanent position the Administrator will be responsible for liaising with clients and suppliers and the coordination of bookings. The post holder will be managing client services, working closely with staff of all levels, dealing with day to day issues and the processing of large amounts of data. Additional responsibilities will include providing relief cover for sickness and holidays, reporting any poor performance relating to suppliers and general administration duties.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with a proven ability to provide a high level of customer care. The ideal candidate will have a confident personality, an excellent telephone manner and competent IT skills. You must be an all-round good communicator, able to deal with people of all levels, and will have great attention to detail.
