Salary: £20,000 OTE £35,000 uncapped
ROLE OVERVIEW
We require an individual to generate new business and develop long standing business relationships with all clients. Individuals will then be responsible for on-going account management and development with all clients.
You will be a superb communicator able to converse effectively with clients at all levels. We offer training solutions to all sectors and your ability to listen and understand will enable you offer a solution that perfectly fits the client's requirements.

Training ranges from traditional instructor led tuition, encompassing hands on techniques, together with practical working examples, through to e-learning and blended solutions. Training is delivered in a number of formats.
THE ROLE
*Promoting and selling training packages into businesses
*Fact finding within companies in order to build a need
*Delivering be-spoke solutions based around clients individual needs and requirements
*Preparation of quotes
*Closing deals over the telephone
*Where necessary visiting clients in order to further asses needs and deliver advice
*Account management of all clients and developing on-going relationships
*Working towards monthly revenue targets
*Working as part of a team
*Dealing with all administration and managing own workload
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for bright, hardworking and target driven individuals to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be able to combine excellent people skills and the ability to offer unrivalled customer service together with the drive and attitude to succeed in sales. Previous experience in a similar role is a must as is a track record in business development and account management. Industry and IT experience is preferred but not essential.
PACKAGE
Salary - 16 - 20k basic OTE 25k - 35k
Uncapped commission
20 days holiday + extra days for service
