EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
*Previous Administration and Customer Service experience
*A background of Collections/Debt recovery and/or customers with financial difficulties would be highly advantageous
*GCSE grade B or equivalent in English Language
*Ability to communicate effectively with customers and 3rd parties in writing and by telephone
*Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
*Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
*Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

*£13,000 starting salary rising to £13,600 after 3 months
*2.5% annual bonus
