THE ROLE
To ensure a high level of customer service is provided to clients and to process accounts in order to maximise income, liaising with clients to resolve disputes, queries and requests for information.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*To review and identify accounts to be recoursed / sold back to clients
*To liaise with the clients to ensure that the maximum number of accounts are approved each month.
*To ensure that queries are sent to clients each week, responses passed to the appropriate areas of the business
*The pro-active follow up with clients to ensure that all queries have been responded to.
*To ensure that direct payments are received from all clients every month and are passed to finance to process.
*To work closely with the External Agent Administrator to ensure the timely response queries.
*To provide members of the Customer Service team with the appropriate information necessary to resolve customer queries and disputes.
*To build relationships with clients and ensure post sale service is maintained.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
*Solid working history
*Previous experience in a client or customer facing role
*Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent in Mathematics and English
*Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
*Good communication skills - written and verbal.
*Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
*Good decision making.
*Confident telephone manner.
*Able to deal with issues in a logical and organised manner.
THE PACKAGE
*Starting salary £12,000 rising after probation period
*Hours: 9am - 5:15pm with 45 min break across varying shifts.
