THE ROLE
As a member of the Administration team, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and professional administrative service to the Collections Department. Duties will include:-
*Dealing with incoming letters, faxes and e-mails
*Letter writing to 3rd Parties such as the Citizens Advice Bureau, Solicitors, Courts etc
*Gathering and documenting information for customers
*Preparation of legal documents
*Order archived statements and agreements from clients
*Monthly reporting to clients
*Running off e-mails and dealing with returned mail
*Reception cover where necessary
*Preparing outbound mail
*General office duties - filing, photocopying, faxing etc
EXPERIENCE
*At minimum of 12 months previous administration / customer service experience
*Good computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel
*GCSE at Grade C and above in English Language
*Accurate data-entry skills
*Experience of writing bespoke letters
*Excellent communication skills both oral and written
*Polite and professional telephone manner
THE PACKAGE
*Hours: 9am - 5:15pm with 45 min break across varying shifts.
*Salary: £12,000 rising to £12,600 after 6 months
*23 days increasing to 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
