SPECIFIC DUTIES
To be fully conversant with all systems operated within the Division
To be appreciative of the need for information gained during the course of role to remain confidential
To ensure client requirements are met in line with contract and agreed turnaround times
To ensure monthly statistical information is forwarded
To provide assistance to the Division's Client Relationship Manager in relation to client dissatisfaction / complaints
To ensure regular communication is maintained as appropriate and in a professional manner
To ensure any inadequacies in relation to service delivery are identified and reported
Attend team meetings
To ensure appropriate channels of communication are established and maintained between the Company, Division, Team and Client
Apply and follow company processes and procedures as applicable to the role and functions of the office
To carry out other duties required as apart of the overall strategy to achieve the Division's objectives
Maintain and co-ordinate appointments and/or clinics operated on behalf of the organisation
Typing of physician reports as appropriate
Distribution of related reports to appropriate client personnel
Operate and co-ordinate the maintenance of relevant client files and folders
Co-ordinate and process referrals/pre-employments related to any clients managed on behalf of the organisation
INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT
To be available and willing to participate in training identified as appropriate to the role and development.
Identify own training and development needs within performance appraisal
