The role is for an Administration Assistant who will provide effective administrative support to Collections agents, within the company.
Key Tasks:
§Data entry
§To assist the general office staff in sorting the incoming post
§To collate the post for the team, prioritising urgent post
§To ensure the filing of client information is kept up to date and archived where necessary
§To assist the team with photocopying and faxing documents
§To assist in updating the database with debt information
To undertake other administration duties as required
You must have GCSE grade C and above in English and Maths.
