Working as part of a high volume, busy department the role entails dealing with customers over the phone in respect of various mortgage related issues, specifically in the negotiation and resolution of defaults and arrears.
You will be able to provide a unique service to match clients individual circumstances, offering suitable proposals with the aim of providing a resolution and service which can be utilised in order for a customer’s arrears to be cleared.
