Collections Negotiator
£15,000+
Leeds
My client who are a major financial company based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre are looking for collections negotiators to join their expanding teams.
Working shifts including 11.45am-8pm and 8am-4.15pm your main responsibilities will include:-
Contacting customers by telephone and email to collect outstanding debt, dealing with and giving advice on their financial difficulties, arranging
re-payment plans and working towards individual and team targets. No previous experience is necessary however successful candidates must be target driven, committed, assertive, confident and keep a 'cool head' under pressure.
Very competitive salary starting on £15,000 rising to £ 17,000 after 6 months with an uncapped commission structure. Top negotiators regularly go home with up to £1000 on top of their basic a month!!! Excellent benefits including 25 days hol, free parking, Pension scheme and vouchers for various bars and shops.
