An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a well established call centre in Shipley, BD17. Our client offers a service to their customers where by they take all switchboard/reception/over flow calls, thus taking pressure and most importantly cutting overheads for their customers.
The correct candidate will possess the following qualities:-
Confidence
Intelligence
Possess an excellent telephone manner
High levels of motivation
Posess and proven track record in a customer service environment
Looking to progress within a very successful organisation.
You will be expected to work Mon-Fri 08.45-17.30, some weekend work may be required and potential opportunities for overtime if desired.
The salary is between £13-14,000 and other excellent benefits are on offer.
