our client are looking to recruit people with collections background knowledge. This role will include
·Handling and in some cases supervise, day-to-day tasks effectively as directed by your Team Leader. ·Work independently dealing with unique and complex tasks or processing complex queries as required·Provide clear, professional and well reasoned responses to mortgage & home loan related enquiries either in writing and/or by telephone and any other medium as directed by your Team Leader or Manager.·Deliver and proactively assist other team members to deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.·Achieve or exceed targets for issue resolution as defined by Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).·Ensure any complex issues are escalated through the appropriate channels, and followed through as required.·Assist Team Leader with resolution of queries and escalated issues as required, ensuring set control parameters e.g. lending levels are adhered to.
