    Key Accountabilities

    * Provision of purchase orders to suppliers

    * Give instructions to cloth department for the delivery of BMB cloth to garment suppliers

    * Ensure all price tickets and composite label orders are placed
    * Resolve supplier queries in relation to garment orders
    * Pass garment supplier invoices for payment
    * Arrange shipment of raw materials and finished goods
    * Arrange VAT and Duty payments, if not already organised by supplier

    PERSON SPECIFICATION

    Knowledge/skills
    * Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
    * Experience of general administration, admin, filing, etc.
    * Working knowledge of import/export documentation
    * Good problem solving and analytical skills

    PC Skills
    * Microsoft Excel
    * Microsoft Word
    * E-mail and Internet experience

    Qualifications
    * Good general education to GCSE, or equivalent level

    Experience
    * At least 2 years experience in an import/export office environment
