Telesales Manager – Huddersfield
Salary £20 - £23K Depending on Experience
Commission - £40 - £45 + Benefits Package
Growing at a rapid rate, our client a market leader in Media Design and Publications needs a motivated and dynamic person to drive team performance. Candidates must understand and utilise man management to achieve success from individuals and the team as a whole.
The Role
Build rapport/relationships with other internal departments to improve and implement any new process, which will help and develop the department’s activity and sales revenues.
Monitor team activity.
Compile sales reports and audit sales revenue for individual commissions on a monthly basis.
Conduct monthly reviews of individual performance.
Support and motivate team to achieve set targets.
Train and develop new/existing staff to a high standard.
