Our client a leading freight distribution company, based in Birstall, West Yorkshire, requires a Sales Executive to join their busy team.
Duties include:
• Selling companies freight solutions, business to business
• Preparing reports
• First point of contact for problem accounts, ie missing deliveries etc
• Liaise with other departments
• Preparing sales reports
• Providing effective communication company wide re company services, issues etc.
The person:
• Will be from a freight background, with a full working knowledge of the freight industry
• Also posses strong sales skills, business to business
• Be an effective communicator
• Be organised, methodical and proactive
• Able to solve problems quickly
• Work well under pressure
Salary:
• £20k + company car
Hours:
• Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00 with 1 hour for lunch
