Preparing letters;
communications/e-mails;
reports;
presentations;
photocopying;
scanning
diary management;
organising travel, accommodation, lunches in the absence of the receptionist;
general administration duties including filing, distribution of mail, etc.
maintaining Personnel Records; chasing documentation from all new starters (p45, ID
booking training and keeping a log of spend and attendance
carrying out regular audits of all personnel files
Reference Checking
Assisting in the recruitment process, ie. Venues, schedules, correspondence to candidates
inputting data in to the Absence Reporting System
Maintenance of HR database in terms of employee information
Ensure that HR policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
Support the HR department Projects
maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times within the HR team.
to be responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of your individual work station
Other ad hoc duties.
