Our client, a growing and professional company based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre, are looking to recruit a bright and conscientious individual who can deliver excellent customer service on a daily basis.
You will have an empathetic approach, dealing with clients facing financial difficulty. You will liaise with 3rd parties such as Citizens Advice on their behalf and ensure that they work proactively towards clearing debts positively.
Good telephone based customer skills are required, along with excellent administration skills. You will generate client correspondence & update internal systems.
