Full Description:
Reviewing and manage email accounts
Typing all correspondence (letters, emails and faxes)
To attend meetings with the MD Producing minutes/reports and following up on all meetings.
Diary Management
Organising travel, booking restaurants and last minute re-arrangements
Research - assisting with research on new business opportunities
Office management duties.
The candidate will also liaise with other departments so the ability to converse with internal and external colleagues at all levels is key.
Ideal to have an understanding of accounts however this is not essential.
During quiet periods, there may be the opportunity to assist the Marketing manager or other administration area's.
Calm and composed under pressure
Able to operate in a highly confidential manner
Ability to identify and prioritise problems
Decision making skills
Some PA experience
Strong IT Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are essential
Excellent Organisational skills
Good communication skills
The ideal candidate will also need to be flexible in relation to timings
The ideal candidate must beable to converse in Punjabi or Urdu
