Restaurant Host
16-40 hours available
Shifts include days, evenings and weekends
Permanent
Based in LS27
£6.50- £6.75 per hour
Do you have previous experience with in the catering industry?
Are you customer focused and have the ability to lead a team?
Do you have the ability to work under pressure and meet customer requirements?
Working for a stylish Café / restaurant based in Morley town centre you will be required to manage a team of 2 waiting staff and oversee the day to day running of the restaurant.
Main duties will include arranging seating to meet the requirements of each booking, offering knowledge and advice on food and beverages, providing an efficient and professional service, resolving customer queries and complaints, catering to the needs of each individual customers, taking accurate orders and cash handling, delegating tasks to junior members of staff, cleaning and preparation of tables . You will be the first point of contact for customer complaints and queries. The successful candidate must be motivated have a flare for new ideas and be customer focused.
Experience within the restaurant/catering industry is a must. Applicants must be available to work evenings and daytime shifts.
