CALLING ALL EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT REQUIRED
My client, based in Huddersfield, is seeking an experienced accounts administration assistant to join their busy team and provide first class support. With a salary of £15,000 on offer for a 37.5 hour working week this could be the idea opportunity for you!!
THE ROLE
Provide relief cover for the receptionist as required
Typing quotations, letters, sales invoices, purchase invoices
Matching, batching inputting and processing invoices
Some credit control duties including management of petty cash
Using SAGE MMS System and Microsoft Word
Working alongside the Accounts Administration Department within a team of 6
THE PERSON
A mature, conscientious work ethic is required for this role
Customer facing / reception experience would be ideal are there is a degree of relief cover involved for the receptionist
Smart and professional appearance
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
Previous experience of working within an accounts office would be a distinct advantage
Working knowledge of SAGE and Microsoft Word are preferable but full training will be given
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hours of work are 9-5 with 30 break for lunch
