THE COMPANY
Our client was established in 2003 with headquarters in London and sales operations based near Halifax. They are a new style company, passionate about creating an innovative, dynamic and quality business and are proud to have strong endorsements across their customer base. Our client offers an outsourced service for IT companies with the overall aim at maximising the clients revenue and profits. We run marketing campaigns for some of the UKs largest IT manufacturers and distributors which include telesales and telemarketing campaigns on an ongoing basis.
THE ROLE
To proactively target warm and cold prospects with a view to gaining quality, qualified appointments and leads within agreed targets and parameters. You will be joining a very friendly and sociable team which pulls together effectively in busy times, individuals joining our team must have a similar attitude.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Previous telesales, sales or call centre background
Experience of appointment making or lead generation is essential.
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A proven track record in business to business telephone based sales.
You thrive working within a targeted and commission based environment.
Ideally you will have a background in IT or have sold a technical product
Motivated, hardworking and money motivated.
SPECFIC DUTIES
Due to the nature of our business new employees must ensure an excellent level of customer service is maintained at all times.
To communicate all sales leads effectively, efficiently and accurately in line with company procedures.
To ensure all administration is completed on time and management of your own business diary.
You will use your sales skills and excellent communication skills to effectively to identify quality sales leads.
You will be working towards targets and will be expected to meet those targets regularly
You will also report those targets in weekly and monthly sales meetings.
You will build quality relationships with clients in order to secure on-going business and ensure excellent levels of customer service.
This is a purely business to business sales role.
Our environment is team focused with everybody chipping in during busy periods we also have several yearly team events which emphasise or commitment to having a good friendly team environment.
THE PACKAGE
Salary 16k 19k dependant on experience
OTE 24K 28K (commission is un-capped)
28 days holiday including statutory holidays
Healthcare (Inc dentist)
Nursery on site
Hours 9am 5pm
2 salary reviews per year.
