Team Leader - LEEDS - £20k - £30k
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader working with this established communication providers new Leeds City Centre contact centre.
You shall be responsible for the effective and inspiring leadership and management of your team of frontline contact centre advisors. You will utilise your proven performance management and team motivational abilities to drive your team forward to ensure that an outstanding service level is delivered, coupled with consistent exceeding of all sales targets and objectives. You will have a flair for staff training and development, and wil take a real satisfaction in overseeing the growth and development of your team.
In return for your hard work, skill and dedication, you will be rewarded with an outstanding basic salary of £20000 - £30000, coupled with genuine career growth and job progression potential.
