We have a new opportunity as a Recruitment Consultant within the Engineering Recruitment industry dealing with Contract staff.
Your role will be to generate new business for the Branch. To develop and service a customer base in order to achieve budgeted/targeted gross margin. To provide exceptional service standards for customers and applicants alike.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
§ To recruit and maintain a quality applicant base to meet existing and anticipated customer requirements
§ To recruit and maintain a quality applicant base to meet existing and anticipated customer requirements
§ To screen, interview and test applicants where applicable
§ To ensure customer retention through effective matching and assignment of permanent candidates
§ To manage the contract recruitment process for customers
§ To council contract candidates through termination process and start of new contract position
Within this you will expected to personally deliver gross margin to agreed targets, provide agreed service levels to existing customers, secure new customers through focused and targeted sales activity, maximise the level of business from existing accounts.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communications skill, a strong sales and negotiation background, Strong interpersonal skills, able to converse at the highest level, Good all round business knowledge and be Innovative and change orientated.
