To generate sales with a proactive approach using telemarketing, direct mail, email marketing and personal presentations. Ensuring that specified targets and results are met in terms of quantity and quality. You will also be expected to maintain and update information on the company database both accurately and consistently.
Duties will include:-
•Planning and managing direct marketing campaigns, Making outbound telephone calls to target audiences including cold calling, list cleansing & literature follow ups, direct mail and email
•Perform online demonstrations of product using advanced internet technology
•Ensure targets are met and recorded
•Maintain database.
•Handling of inbound enquiries from new clients
•Building relationships with new clients.
You will require the following:-
•Excellent personal presentation skills, Good telephone manner/customer service ability.
•Sales/Telemarketing experience preferred but not essential.
•IT literate with good knowledge of Excel and Word.
•Good research and analytical skills.
•Confident and outgoing with a passion for sales and marketing.
•Good team player skills with smart a appearance.
Hours of work are 08.30-17.00 Mon-Fri, no weekend work would be required. Our client is based in Leeds City.
