Payroll Manager required for a service organisation based in Leeds.
The duties include: responsible for the full Payroll function and managing 3 Payroll Administrators for the combined weekly and monthly payroll of over 1000 staff. This is an autonomous role reporting into finance. You will be responsible for the development and update of the current payroll system and be heavily involved in various acquisitions over the next 3 years which will result in the payroll tripling in size. Maintaining and producing the company payroll your initial task will be to highlight improvements that can be made to increase profitability, reduce processes and minimise duplication of work.
This role requires someone who is IPPM qualified (close to completion) and who has staff management and acquisition experience. Salary from £25,000 - £30,000 + parking & full benefits.
