Billings Accountant required for a rapidly grown blue chip organisation in Leeds. As part of the Commercial Accounts team you will be tasked with challenging the valuation of WIP and debtors to ensuring all billing and credit control is carried to ensure there is minimum commercial exposure and take action to minimise and communicate risk across the business. The role will also encompass you meeting with the Project Managers to ensure that budgets are in line with commercial reality and group policy and procedures. As part of the management team you will responsible a team of part qualified accountants the credit control and sales ledger function, including two supervisors, with them you will identify and recommend system and process enhancements to improve efficiencies in project management, controlling and financial processes.This role will suit a qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA or QBE Accountant who has extensive experience of WIP and financial management of projects.
