Hours of work – 35 hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Our IT department is the technical hub of Yorkshire Building Society. Within this department, you will be required to provide a high quality service for User Security and Service Management tool analysis and administration. You will provide a consultancy service to customers using the function giving best practice advice as required. You will also promote a culture, which provides a high quality service to customers in line with the Group Projects and IT vision.
If you:
Have knowledge of Service Management Support principles and disciplines, based on ITIL best practice.
Have basic knowledge of Service Management software, such as HP Service Desk
Have the ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to use a wide range of communication and interpersonal skills
Have good problem solving and resolution skills
