Our client, a prestigious and expanding financial services organisation are keen to recruit a mature, experienced and capable individual with a strong background in site facilities and security.
You will be responsible for staff welfare, by looking after the site on a day to day basis.
Ensuring all procedures are followed and conducting regular reviews of Health & Safety.
This is a key role within a modern and professional office environment and you will be required to work both as part of a team and using your own initiative. You will report into the Operations Manager and have full responsibility for this area of the business.
Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, PAT testing of equipment, site security and general administration skills are all essential. IT Literacy with Microsoft Word & office is also needed.
