Vacany for Accounts Assistant in Property Management Department.
Duties will include:
Entering receipted payments onto the computer programme.
Invoicing clients for service charges and ground rents
Dealing with telephone queries with regard to invoices sent out and arrears/balances due.
Balancing/reconciling quarterly statements of income and expenditure for clients with the bank statements and computer programme.
Preparing quarterly statements for submission to clients.
Assisting with routine office tasks (postage, filing, etc)
The applicant should have basic computer skills and maybe some accountancy experience and a limited typing ability. A pleasant telephone manner and an ability to work as part of a small team are essential.
