My Leeds based client is seeking a Front of House Receptionist to work in their plush offices in Leeds City centre.
PURPOSE OF JOB:
To provide a professional hospitality service for the firm
To work with front of house (reception) team to cover as
and when required.
Your role:
To Cover on Front of House (reception) greeting clients.
To ensure tidy condition of reception meeting rooms
To assist with/by setting up of rooms for meetings and/or lunches etc as required and clearing afterwards, including repositioning of furniture
To assist receptionists by ensuring that meeting rooms are fully stocked with paper/pens etc and that telephone lists are up to date
Provide cover as and when required including holiday and sickness
Assisting to serve refreshments, light snacks, lunches and fine dining as required for client meetings and seminars
To ensure that kitchen is always kept in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition
To observe all procedures as indicated in the Quality Guide as revised from time to time or as advised by e-mail/memo.
Other ad hoc duties as required, including photocopying of items/faxing for clients
Hours will be 10am to 6pm with 1 hour for lunch. However this may be subject to change from time to time in order to provide sufficient cover for Front of House and absences due to sickness and holidays.
N.B. Flexibility may be required to work additional hours including cover for evening functions
The ideal candidate:
You will have previous reception experience
You will want the opportunity to work within a well established company.
