Our client is looking for a clerical assistant to provide administrative support within the childrens department. You will facilitate the use of the training centre within the department.
Responsibilities:
To undertake work processing and type correspondance and reports and produce promotional material for the service where required
To assist the team in the ordering of services and equipment in line with the clients procedures
To assist the team in managing the booking of training rooms and equipment
To set training rooms up as required by trainers including setting out of chairs, tables, flipcharts and stands and any required IT equipment
