This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated customer service advisor to join an international banking organisation and provide face to face customer service. Main duties include dealing with customers queries, processing transactions, handling cash and cheques, dealing with corresponding paperwork, providing advice and product information (after training) and handling complaints. You will be promoting products and services in order to meet individual and team targets.
Applicants must be articulate, possess excellent communication skills, have previous customer service, sales or retail experience with the drive to learn new skills and develop a career in banking.
Training will be provided and with excellent opportunities to progress. The role involves working to group and individual targets.
Hours are between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays on a rota basis.
