My client is seeking an office manager to run a Real Estate Department in Leeds.
Your role:
Dealing with all aspects of HR, Finance, Marketing, Quality and Risk.
People management
Interviewing new staff
Conducting probation and reviews
Dealing with performance issues
Being involved in Marketing activities
The candidate:
You will need previous experience in an office management role
Have dealt with financial and people management
Excellent organisational skills
Be a team player
Be able to work under pressure
Be highly motivated
Have the ability to influence and deliver results at all levels.
