What the job involves
These days the likelihood is you will be using online service to manage your own accounts. Whether it be your bank account, credit card or savings account you want access to your accounts at a click of a button. Within the online team, you'll be helping customers with their online access and dealing with subsequent queries varying from helping set-up online access for the first time to educating customers on how to make the most out of the online facility. Promoting other products and services along the way to ensure high quality lead generation, is also a key part of your role.
What we expect from you
You don’t necessarily need experience, but you will need a genuine interest in supporting and directing customers over the telephone and providing a high level of customer service. Being interested in problem resolving as well as being a great communicator are vital, so as you're friendly and have a genuine desire to go that extra mile for customers, it will be second nature for you to do this.

Working Pattern & Salary
On this part time evening working pattern your hours of work will be between 5pm and 10pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to work alternate Saturdays and a minimum of 3 working days per week.
