Hours of work – 35 Hours, Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 5.00pm
The Learning & Development Consultant will be required to deliver learning and organisational development solutions, to support the Society in the achievement of strategic and tactical objectives. You will also be required to design, deliver and evaluate L&D activities in support of the corporate L&D offering, in line with the “People Strategy”. You will provide developmental feedback and support to peers across the Society’s L&D community. You will also continually upgrade professional knowledge and expertise.
The successful applicant must have:
Extensive experience of analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of development solutions to build individual and organisational capability
Track record of operating as an internal-consultant at all organisational level
Extensive knowledge of leadership and management concepts, tools and techniques
L&D related professional qualification (e.g. Certificate in Training Practice)
Experience of embedding best-practice leadership behaviours on a corporate basis
Ideally educated to first degree level
