The UK Clinical Research Network (UKCRN) is a national organisation, funded by the Department of Health, with responsibility for setting up and managing networks across the NHS to increase clinical research activity and participation. A Coordinating Centre has been established, hosted by the University of Leeds, to oversee the development and management of this initiative.
Working closely with the Director of Operations and as part of the Network Management Team within the Coordinating Centre, this post will particularly appeal to an experienced, highly motivated and proactive individual with a background in operations or project support. This is an opportunity to get involved in a rapidly expanding, diverse and challenging initiative which directly impacts on the health and wealth of the nation. Your excellent communication and organisational skills and creative approach will contribute to the development and delivery of our core business.
The post will require national travel (approximately 2-3 times per month)
University Grade 7 (£28,290-33,780)
Available for a fixed term of five years (although further funding may be available)
