| Excellent opportunity has arisen for a Claims Technician to join our clients fast expanding law firm in Halifax. MAIN OBJECTIVE Candidates will be required to receive, validate process and act upon the majority of customer claims. Main duties will include the following: MAIN TASKS To validate, process and negotiate claims from notification to settlement, in line with service standards Maintain effective written and oral communication with relevant parties at all times in order to present a professional image Evaluate liability and quantum, referring claims beyond own authority, with appropriate recommendations, in order to facilitate negotiation and to allow accurate reserves to be established To handle and resolve customer enquiries/complaints in a manner that maximizes customer satisfaction and in line with FSA regulations To maintain system records on the current position of a claim in order to provide management and customer information For further information and an immediate interview please contact Joanna Haslam |
