Established in January 2006, ORCA Websites provide search engine friendly, big-brand quality websites at affordable prices for smaller businesses. THE ROLE We do not believe in cold calling. You will be provided with a regular supply of Business Development Leads and all key information needed to make a meaningful conversation with a prospect. The role of Business Development Executive is based at our Head Office, Leeds. You will be reporting to the Business Development Manager and assisting him and his team in booking meetings for our growing franchisee network. We are highly dedicated to training and development. A rigorous training program is in place giving you all the tools to become a winner. ABOUT YOU As you will have a real hunger for your own development, this is the perfect place to learn the ins and outs of Business Development, enabling you to grow in to more senior positions over time. We very much believe in nurturing talent and we have a wealth of experience for you to benefit and learn from. You will be a highly driven person with good organisational and communication skills. It is important that you are self motivated with a real desire to succeed and develop. Telephone experience is essential, perhaps in a customer service role, however, telesales experience is a real bonus. Most importantly, we are looking for the WOW! factor. Someone who can excite a prospect and stamp their mark on this role.
