Position: WELDING SUPERVISOR / FABRICATIONS SUPERVISOR
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £34500 + pension+bonus+health care

The role of the Welding Supervisor / Welding Foreman
* Ensuring effective utilisation of capital equipment within a cell environment
* Cell development - including developing people, processes and implementing improvements
* Improving standards relating to health and safety, quality and the environment
You will ideally:
* Have experience of managing small teams, and should be able to demonstrate the ability to provide feedback to individuals and groups
* Have previous weld experience within a cellular working structure in a manufacturing organisation demonstrating lean principles.
* Be able to communicate with employees at all levels of the organisation both written and orally as required
* Be challenging and tenacious with a drive for improvements
* Be self motivated and a team player
* Have experience of SAP R3
