A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Operations Assistant to join a leading banking and financial company based in Leeds City Centre
The Role:
· Analysis and breakdown of complex documentation.
· Produce clear and concise communications to be dispatched to up to 10,000 customers.
· Update client accounts
· Provide contribution to developments of systems and procedures
· Identify and resolve complaints/queries
· Additional ad hoc admin duties when required
· Assist other areas of the business when necessary
The ideal person:
· You must be able to work to strict deadlines
· A knowledge of the stock exchange would be beneficial
· You must have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy is key
· Good customer service skills
· Proven verbal and written communication skills.
