Customer service/ Customer Representative/ Call Centre Operative/ Call Handler
TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT ROLE
Our client is currently looking for a customer representative to handle inbound and outbound telephone calls within the customer services centre.
The emphasis will be on delivering an excellent customer service and the role will include responsibility for handling customer account and transation enquiries, promoting products and services and ensuring the timely and accurate execution of coprorate and employee share transactions.
The customer representative will be strong team player with excellent listening skills, producing accurate work and adhering to the clients and FSA (Financial Services Authority) guidelines and procedures.
Specific Accountabilities:
Ensuring timely and accurate execution of all corporate and employee dealing transactions
Delivering an efficient and dedicated customer service to customers and taking ownership of queries
Providing quoted share price and company information to customers, ensuring that this does not breach the scope of execution- only dealing
Actively promoting and selling products and services to meet the needs of the customer
Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls as required
Achieving all agreed targets
