Full Description:
Fantastic opportunity to join a multinational financial company on the outskirts of Leeds. They require an excellent Customer Service Administrator to join a large expanding team in exceptional offices.

Duties:

· Identify and carryout the regulations within own work and responsibilities
· Ensure all security checks are carried out
· Be able to identify and answer questions in relation to all account information
· Work closely with other departments to be able to refer any queries/Issues through if needed
· Be familiar with other departments procedures to be able to answer questions in relation to all areas of the business
· Checking deal details on request
· Provide a wide range of information from Clients, IFA’s Private Investors to include Distributions, Commissions etc
· Be able to provide other departments of fund information such as mergers/amalgamations/wind ups etc
· Ad hoc information such as application requests, screen prints, duplicate contract notes, literature requests etc
· Call filtering-Passing calls in relation to other areas through to them to deal with accordingly
· Maintaining Web services accounts
· Be professional and polite at all times endeavour to answer queries at first point of contact
· Ensure all relevant systems correspondence is updated
· All other associated administration and customer service duties as required by the role.

You will require excellent administrative and customer service skills and the ability to communicate both in writing and verbally to a high standard. Knowledge of Word, Excel and other Microsoft Packages is essential.
