Our client, a supply and office solutions company based in Leeds, is looking to recruit a competent Administrator to support its existing team.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role shall include:
·Processing sales orders from companies
·Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure all products are packed and ready for timely distribution
·Ensuring orders match the respective components to be delivered
·Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries
·Performing basic administration duties
The successful candidate will possess:
·Previous administration experience advantageous
·Strong communication skills
·Accuracy and an eye for detail
·Excellent organisational skills
·The ability to liaise with third parties in a confident and professional manner
