We are looking to employ a talented industrial recruitment consultant: You will be working in a target driven fast paced environment. So your ability to use your own initiative and your ambition will help you to further your career. Taskmaster Resources success depends on making the most of our consultant skills and we pride ourselves on recognising and rewarding our consultants
A Typical day will consist of:
1. Placement of adverts using a wide range of media (eg, web, newspapers)
2. Reviewing applications, interviewing, placing then monitoring candidates once in post
3. Collecting references from employers on the performance of candidates who have previously been employed
4. Canvassing (cold-calling) employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements
5. Arranging appointments to document clients' details and vacancy requirements clarifying and negotiating pay / charge rates and any benefits relating to the role
6. Maintaining records for review against performance targets
The job role requires you to have the following strengths:
a. Strong communication skills as selling will be a major part of your job.
b. Sourcing, interviewing and then representing our candidates to clients
c. Ability to exceed the expectations of our clients and develop existing relationships
d. Essential is a hunger for money; there are lots to be made if you determined enough to get it!
